Happiness starts at home
"out of your vulnerabilities comes your strength" - Sigmund Freud
What to Expect:
When you are feeling down, anxious, or unsure about the future of your relationships, it can be difficult to live life to it's fullest. Sometimes you just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support to you and your family through the therapeutic process of personal growth and self-discovery.

In my sessions, I start by getting to know you and your family on a more personal level. I will gain insight on what brings you to therapy, your best hopes for the future, and help you to identify goals and strengths. In the following sessions, I also like to provide my clients with some psychoeducation to help them understand how the mind and body works together.

Through communication building and mindfulness techniques, we will work as a team to transform unproductive attitudes and poor habits into positive and healthier behaviors. I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals of all different ages, backgrounds, races, cultures, genders, sexualities, socioeconomic factors, etc. I offer many treatment options for individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, dissociation, trauma related issues, grief/loss, identity work, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, relationship and family issues, and many more.
